SpiceMum is a mobile App that connects persons requiring to buy things from a supermarket store, pharmacy store, restaurants, etc.

To connect to a suitable store closest to them for convenient shopping.

Orders are sent to vendors, who have registered with the spicemum app, and delivery is done by shoppers who are attached to a vendor store, all items are delivered to customers who have registered as a user on the spicemum app.

Spicemum is a registered company founded in Nigeria.

 Our Vision: Is to connect customers to sellers (Owners of stores) for convenient shopping.

Our Mission: Is to give satisfaction for convenient  shopping.

 PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE THAT, SPICEMUM DOES NOT HAVE A STORE OR DELIVERY SERVICES OR FUNCTION AS A VENDOR OR SHOPPER, AND THAT ALL SUCH VENDORS (STORES) OR DELIVERY PERSONS (SHOPPER) WHO HAVE A REGISTERED ACCOUNT WITH THE SPICEMUM SERVICES ARE INDEPENDENT THIRD PARTY CONTRACTORS WHO ARE NOT EMPLOYED BY THE SPICEMUM SERVICE COMPANY OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES WITHIN AND OUTSIDE NIGERIA.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This is the terms and conditions for using the spicemum App.

Spicemum is a mobile App that connects customers to sellers for convenient shopping from stores to your doorstep.

 Some of the various stores has category on the spicemum App such as Supermarket Stores, Pharmacy Stores, Restaurants, etc.

While using the App, users will receive items they purchase from a vendor while a vendor will receive an order request call from a user. Then delivery will be made by a shopper who works with a vendor.

Spicemum is a registered company founded in Nigeria.

Spicemum is the holder of the right and service provider of the spicemum App and the operation of the App in Nigeria and through its affiliate’s partners within and outside Nigeria.

 PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE THAT, SPICEMUM DOES NOT HAVE A STORE OR DELIVERY SERVICES OR FUNCTION AS A VENDOR OR SHOPPER, AND THAT ALL SUCH VENDORS (STORES) OR DELIVERY PERSONS (SHOPPER) WHO HAVE A REGISTERED ACCOUNT WITH THE SPICEMUM SERVICES ARE INDEPENDENT THIRD PARTY CONTRACTORS WHO ARE NOT EMPLOYED BY THE SPICEMUM SERVICE COMPANY OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES WITHIN AND OUTSIDE NIGERIA.

 



USING THE SPICEMUM APP

The use of the spicemum App requires downloading and installing the App and registering an account as a user or vendor.

During the registration of the spicemum App, the mobile number of the spicemum App user is linked to the respective user account and added to the database

When using the spicemum App, the user can choose if he/she prefer to pay with cash on delivery or pay online using your debit card.

If you choose cash on delivery payment, both the delivery charge and the amount of the items you bought will be paid on delivery of your items.

Any form of complain can be sent to our support team to resolve, by filling our contact form or via e-mail (info@spicemumng.com) with detailed explanation.

The intermediary of the card payments with the spicemum App is carried out by (Flutter wave) online payment.

 ACCOUNT/CANCELLING AN ORDER

When orders are made by a registered user on the spicemum App, by calling a shopper on the phone, after answering the call and confirms order/items availability in store and  shopper availability for delivery, such request is received and transaction successful.

If after calling a shopper and he/she is not available for delivery or items/order are not available in store for delivery, such request is cancelled.

 At spicemum, we have the right to revoke your access to use the spicemum App if the user is connected to a shopper via call and he/she is playing with the service of the spicemum App by calling a shopper several times without placing an order or confirming your order.

Spicemum will notify the shopper on the cancelations and after verification will take action to cancel the user right.

The spicemum user right of Cancelled or blocked account can take a longer time or account deleted.

 To reactivate or re-register the account again, the user will need to contact our support team via e-mail.

Access to the spicemum App can also be revoked on the basis of harassment, providing false information /allegations or engaging in any criminal activities.

 ORDERING AND DELIVERING AN ORDER

In order to prevent criminal activities and harassment of all kinds from both shoppers, vendors and users,   the delivery closing time for a shopper, will be determined by the vendors and not the spicemum service company.

GOOD PRACTICE OF USING THE SPICEMUM APP

Spicemum is not a vendor or a shopper, so we are unable to influence the customer care approach by a shopper and the packaging of an item by vendors.

We only have a feedback (Rating/Review) form that shows how good a vendor/shopper has treated a customer. Please ensure that the (Review/Rating) form is filled at the end of your shopping experience.

Any recurrent issues beyond our reach will be handled by the relevant supervisory authority.
